Timothy J. Amos
MANAGING PARTNER
Born and raised in West Virginia, Timothy J. Amos has been a member of the West Virginia Bar since 1998, following his graduation from law school at West Virginia University College of Law. He completed his undergraduate education at Bethany College, where he earned magna cum laude honors. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, American Legal and Financial Network and Wood County Bar Association and a former member of the Wood County Board of Education.

Tyler M. Koreski
ASSOCIATE
A Parkersburg native, Tyler M. Koreski completed his undergraduate studies at Ohio Valley University, where he was a four-year starter on the wrestling team and still holds the program’s all-time wins record. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law, where he served as President of the Sports Law Society and as an Ambassador for the School of Law.
Tyler holds a Certificate of Concentration in Property Law and is licensed to practice in both West Virginia and Ohio. He is an active member of the West Virginia Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. His background reflects a strong commitment to the legal profession and to serving clients throughout the Mid-Ohio Valley.​​

W. Milton Nuzum III
​
“Milt” earned a pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University and later his Juris Doctor from Indiana University, Bloomington School of Law. He served as Judge of the Marietta Municipal Court from 1993 to 2005 and later as Director of the Judicial College for the Supreme Court of Ohio, where he advanced judicial education statewide.

Mr. Nuzum is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Milt has held leadership roles with the American Judges Association, the Ohio Judicial Conference, and the Supreme Court of Ohio Advisory Committee on Technology.

He has published widely on court technology and judicial administration and served as Editor of Benchmark, the American Judges Association’s journal. His work has been recognized with the American Bar Association’s William R. McMahon Award (2021) and The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy Distinguished Alumni Award (1999).

Robert K. Tebay III
​
"Rob" is a 1979 cum laude graduate of West Virginia University (B.A.) and earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 1982. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association and the Wood County Bar Association.
He began his legal career as a sole practitioner before joining Lantz & Tebay. Since 1994, he has served as Assistant City Attorney for Parkersburg and, since 2020, as Fiduciary Commissioner for Wood and Ritchie Counties. His practice focuses on real estate law, having personally examined or closed over 15,000 transactions across West Virginia and parts of Ohio.
Mr. Tebay has provided expert testimony in numerous cases, represented governmental entities and lenders, and taught seminars on real estate law for the West Virginia State Bar and other organizations. Active in civic and professional organizations, Rob serves on boards including the Blennerhassett Yacht Club and the West Virginia University Parkersburg Foundation.
R. Vance Golden, III
Founding Member, Retired
BIO
A West Virginian through and through, R. Vance Golden, III was born in West Virginia, and was admitted to the state bar in 1972. He earned both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate at West Virginia University, and also served as a captain in the United States Army.

Since then, he's been named in Who's Who in American Law and served as president of the West Virginia Real Estate Lawyers.
​
Mr. Golden is now retired and no longer practices law. Since retirement, he enjoys golfing, watching WVU athletics, and spending time with his family. The team at Golden and Amos is thankful for all he has done.
